If 8 weeks of extension still doesn't beat the baseline, we'll have a frank conversation about whether managed promotion is the right fit and refund the management portion of the engagement at our discretion.

We send a final read-out at week 12 showing post-campaign behaviour, and a written recommendation for your next release. For Catalog clients, every quarter resets with a new plan and new creative tests.
